  A Basic Introduction to Clinical Coding and Four Step Coding Process

  The Terminology and Classifications Delivery Service is pleased to confirm that both these eLearning modules have now been reviewed and updated and are now accessible to all via Delen.

  These modules are available via the IT Skills Pathway and users no longer need to register/access TRUD to complete them.

• Terminology and Classifications Delivery Service 2018 Annual Survey Report - Now Available

  Published: August 2018

  Our annual survey ran from 16 May to 22 June 2018 and we received 155 responses, including over 200 comments. We are very grateful to all of you who took the time to respond and for the detailed, helpful and constructive comments you provided.

  We have produced a report outlining the findings of the survey, which you can read here and we are preparing a service improvement plan to address the most important issues, which we will publish in September.
